You have to crush and break the big plastic ones into pieces to fit them into another trash can. I had to do this to one our garbage people broke after 6 years of use, and it gave me a real sense of paradox and awfulness, like looking into a 3-way mirror that is across from another mirror… like a sort of abyss.
